The message to the people who view my artwork is that even though I am only a single person in an ocean full of people, I can still make a change or difference with a tiny cause. I am one girl or a droplet of water that can make multiple ripples to disturb the calm of the sea.

I believe that Andy Warhol shares the same message as I do. A famous quote that was once said by him was that “They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.” He has a lot of artwork that are displayed with different variations. I feel like this is his way of showing different perspectives of things. Different things that can change because of yourself.

Andy Warhol may share the same ideas as I do, but the way we display our messages are not quite as similar. I prefer to use images that are more imaginative and out of the box whereas Warhol used popping colors and everyday symbols in his artwork to convey his message.
